RENTAL PRICES INCLUDE:
- Driving the rental car in Estonia and Europe
- Exterior car wash. Customers may return the vehicle unwashed.
- Auto insurance and KASKO insurance
- Free delivery of the vehicle to Tallinn Airport
- 24/7 roadside assistance

BOOKING:
For a weekend car hire it is necessary to send a reservation at least 24 hours before the start of the rental.

DOCUMENTS:
To rent a vehicle, bring your driver’s license, a copy of which will be retained by Autocar Autorent Ltd.
To rent a car, you must be at least 20 years old and have at least two year of driving experience.

PAYMENT:
Payment is made upon commencement of your rental period by card or bank transfer or in cash.

RENTAL SECURITY:
To rent a car, you must hold a valid credit card or pay a deposit of
EUR 200....600 (depending on the vehicle)

INSURANCES:
-KASKO Insurance deductible in the case of an accident EUR 350 – EUR 600 (depending on the vehicle)
-Your deductible in the case of an accident can be reduced to EUR 250 or to the minimum EUR 0

FUEL:
Autocar Autorent Ltd. rents out cars with a full tank (unless otherwise provided in the agreement).
The vehicle is to be returned containing the same amount of fuel as at pick-up.

PICK-UP AND DROP-OFF:
Vehicles are picked up and dropped off at Keevise 4, Tallinn.
If so agreed, the rental vehicle is delivered to an address provided by the
customer. Vehicles are delivered WITHOUT CHARGE to Tallinn Airport.
Vehicles are issued on Sundays as subject to prior agreement.

DRIVING ABROAD:
To drive abroad, prior approval from the car rental company is required
concerning which a note is made on the rental agreement.

FINES:
The car renter undertakes to pay any fines (wrongful parking, speeding etc.)
received during the rental period.

FREE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE:
Free on-site roadside assistance in the case of unexpected technical malfunctions

ANNULLMENT OF CAR RENTAL:
No fees will be charged if a car rental is annulled.

DISCOUNTS:
Repeat rental customers receive 5...10% off.
